Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Relation Associate who can serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams while keeping outcomes, timelines, and communication tightly aligned.
This role is not just about sending updates or following up on tasks. It requires someone who can understand client goals, translate them into action plans, coordinate across departments, and ensure that every account moves forward with clarity and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned HDMS clients
· Build strong, professional relationships with doctors, clinic owners, hospital stakeholders, and internal decision-makers
· Understand each client’s business goals, challenges, specialties, target geographies, and growth priorities
· Ensure clients feel heard, guided, and supported throughout the engagement
Account Planning & Execution
· Translate client goals into clear monthly priorities and action items
· Coordinate with SEO, paid ads, content, website, design, social media, development, and reporting teams
· Ensure deliverables are planned, assigned, tracked, reviewed, and completed on time
· Maintain visibility over ongoing projects, dependencies, bottlenecks, and pending approvals
· Help ensure that campaign activity aligns with business goals, not just task completion
Performance & Reporting
· Track key account metrics such as leads, traffic, rankings, inquiries, conversions, campaign trends, and retention indicators
· Review reports before they are shared with clients to ensure clarity, relevance, and accuracy
· Identify account risks, underperformance, missed opportunities, and escalation needs early
· Work with internal teams to recommend improvements based on performance data
Internal Coordination
· Run internal account reviews and follow-up meetings where needed
· Keep all account notes, action items, and approvals documented properly
· Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, deadlines, and client expectations
· Follow through consistently so nothing important slips through gaps
Strategic Communication
· Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, account summaries, and next-step plans
· Support quarterly reviews, strategy discussions, and campaign planning sessions
· Help clients understand the “why” behind recommendations, not just the “what”
· Bring structure to conversations around digital growth, trust-building, patient journey, and communication systems
Escalation & Problem Solving
· Handle client concerns calmly and professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field
· 3–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, digital marketing coordination, or project management
· Experience working in a digital marketing agency, healthcare marketing agency, or service-based environment preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid ads, social media, websites, content, and lead generation
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines without losing detail
· Strong follow-up, ownership, and coordination skills
· Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and task trackers
