● Own RepuGen client performance monitoring: track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, including surveys, responses, review volume, sentiment, provider counts, and engagement metrics
● Identify underperforming clients based on defined rules/criteria and flag them to Account Managers or Client Success Managers
● Analyze performance drops by reviewing RepuGen data, checking configuration issues, and outlining potential root causes
● Analyze recurring performance reports, including:
○ Client Success Underperformance Report (weekly/monthly)

○ Market research insights using aggregated RepuGen data to identify trends
